Order

The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the rules applicable to distance contracts, the consumer generally has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw without having to justify their decision.

For an order concerning goods, the period starts from the day the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

The customer must inform INOZYA of their decision to withdraw before the expiration of the 14-day period.

This notification can be made by means of a clear statement expressing the intention to withdraw.

The customer may also use the standard withdrawal form reproduced at the end of these T&Cs.

Return of Products

After having communicated their decision to withdraw, the customer must return the product without undue delay and, in principle, no later than 14 days following the communication of their decision.

Unless otherwise agreed or a legal provision requiring INOZYA to bear the cost, the direct costs of return are borne by the consumer.

The product must be returned properly protected to avoid any damage during transport.

Refund

In case of valid withdrawal, INOZYA refunds the payments received from the customer, including standard delivery costs where applicable.

Additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard method offered are not refunded.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer and provided that this refund does not incur any costs for them.

For a sale of goods, INOZYA may defer the refund until the goods are recovered or until proof of dispatch of the goods is received, the date taken being that of the first of these events.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law.

In particular, certain products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when the legal conditions are met.

This exception may notably concern certain perfume, cosmetic, and beauty products whose seal or protective packaging has been removed after delivery.

This exclusion only applies when the conditions provided for by law are indeed met.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Consumers benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity applicable to consumer goods in accordance with Belgian law.

This guarantee covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods and appearing within the legal period.
